    It is so easy to be focused on the things that aren't going well or the areas that need extra attention. Stepping back and being thankful helps me realize how many things are going well and how much I have to be thankful for.

    I have three planter boxes that I plan on starting next year. I love how gardening gets me outside. There is something rejuvenating about working with soil and water to help something grow.

    I often take a walk while at work with a friend from another department and use the time to catch up with her. It is a great way to relieve stress and truly take a break from work.
