    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    Sugar is horribly addicting and other times I have tried to eliminate it from my diet, I have been left with headaches and lethargy. I'm much better at not having refined sugars now after a month of more focused eating and hope to continue this streak this month!
