What have you learned about what is accepted by local haulers for recycling, what you can drop off or ship to certain places, and what is not recyclable in your area? What is the most difficult part of recycling for you?

I have learned that number 6 items cannot be recycled at my university, but I’m looking for other areas it may be accepted. If it isn’t recycleable anywhere then I’ll stop using that plastic.

What one thing could you do right away to reduce your waste?

I could switch from buying pens to buying ink cartridges to fill my existing pens, so I do not need to keep buying nee pens and throwing the old plastic out.
