    I've been able to keep my focus on not spending, but I fell off the wagon a little on Sunday. We were in Corvallis and I had to go check out their cute little downtown area. At least I was supporting small business!

    I'm happy the weather is cooperating so far with  it's so us, its nice to be able to exercise outside.

    It is catalog time - I came home from my trip to find three new ones in the mail. I've already told myself, "No new clothing, thrifting from now on only." I want to help break the cycle of the clothing industry's huge impact on the planet.

    I have been exploring the DASH diet for high blood pressure - this "eating plan" requires such specific numbers of servings that I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.

    I'm getting ready for the EcoChallenge - you know why? I was at a meeting off site with other EcoChallenge member organizations and I heard PCC say they were going to win this year....SO CHALLENGE ACCEPTED PCC AND ALL YOU SCHOOLS THAT THINK YOU CAN OUT ECO US! :D  If we came up out of no where to win this thing, you know how gobsmacked they would be?  LOL!!!
