    Finding ways to wind down earlier in the evening helps, turning off devices and reading a book helps to relax for the evening. Finding more ways to fall asleep earlier, and avoiding distractions.

    Fast food restaurants can be a contributor. I think being more aware of your food and where it's sourced from can help shift to a more plant based diet.
