    You can always encourage your friends to exercise with you so you guys can both be on your journey to a healthy lifestyle together. You can also do that outside in the fresh air with the company of wildlife and nature.

    What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How can we start shifting from a meat-focused food culture to a more plant-based one?

    Only eating meat won't give you the benefits of adding different types of food to your plate such as fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables will give you most or even all of the nutrients you need based on which fruits and veggies you consume.

    I already do this but I would usually plan out my day after school so I don't try to rush and do it at night which would eat into my time to sleep.

    What is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?

    Eating any foods that will eventually rot would do more good because if it'll eventually rot, that means there are no chemicals or preservatives which means it is a healthy choice.
