I chose to reduce my single use disposables, so far I think I am doing fairly well. Starting this challenge was difficult, I am used to drinking Gatorade and water and throwing away the plastic bottles. During this challenge I started to use a water bottle instead and fill it up numerous times throughout the day instead of throwing my bottles away after one use. Another thing I changed was with my shopping habits. Instead of using plastic bags every time I went and bought food or other needed items I brought along fabric bags to reduce my single use disposables. It has not been too challenging to remember bringing along bags or refilling my water bottles.
