REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?
Crystal Martin 10/12/2018 11:05 AMSometimes it may be easier to just grab a bottle while you are out but if you plan ahead it makes it way easier! I keep an extra reusable bottle in my car!-
Andres Alegria 10/12/2018 11:12 AMThe barriers to making it a new habit is how much easier it is to use a water bottle. You can start filling up your reusable water bottle at night and taking it when you leave to work or school.

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Go PaperlessReducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?
Crystal Martin 10/12/2018 11:04 AMNext step is to see if I can figure out how to bring recycling into my apartment ocmplex! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Choose Two-Sided PrintingChoosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?
Crystal Martin 10/12/2018 11:04 AMI have shown others how easy it is to just adjust your settings so that it defaults to two-sided printing, that way I don't forget! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Crystal Martin 10/12/2018 11:03 AMSometimes it may be easier to just grab a cub while you are out but if you plan ahead it makes it way easier! I keep an extra reusable mug in my car! -
