    Working on consistency to go to gym.  Doing well on Tues/thurs.  want to add Sat.

    Changing my exercise routine from outdoor practice (dragon boat racing) to indoor gym is always a challenge.  No team relying on me just myself to start the new program. Self direction is hard at first until routine is established.

    good.  Colestrol (sp?) checked ok, A1C 6.7,  All other systems recently checked and good.
