Go get a check up
I will make an appointment for my annual physical.

Waste
Personal Waste Audit
I will collect all of my unrecyclable, non-compostable trash to raise my awareness of how much I send to the landfill.
Waste
Reduce Single-Use Disposables
Historically, marginalized and low-income communities live closer to landfills, contributing to a multitude of health problems. I will find out how I can limit single-use items and do my best to limit the waste I generate.
Waste
Carry my Trash
I will carry all of my unrecyclable, non-compostable trash with me to raise my awareness of how much I send to the landfill.
Food
Try a New Way to Prep
I will try a new method of food preparation, such as canning, pickling, or baking bread.

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Carry my TrashWhat one thing could you do right away to reduce your waste?
Essie Mathieson 10/10/2018 2:38 PMIts bananas how MUCH trash I create with out realizing it. I always think of myself as being very environmentally conscious, and I try to waste as little as possible, but there are all these little things, mostly packaging, that I have become very aware of!-
Holly Smith 10/23/2018 10:07 PMThis is so true! Often ive pulled the packaging off on the way out of the store to my car. I realize i have 2 separate items when i only wanted to actual product. Crazy!
