    Food Whole Foods Diet
Michael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?

I realised that healthy diet is just the base for my well-being and I know that the best thing is just to prepare meals at home from raw ingredients. I just love cooking vege meals, it is not that difficult, I just chope some onion, zucchini, pepper, some spices and cook it. It's so good and light :)

    Food Weekly Meal Planning
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

I think it is better to buy less food, but to buy also a better quality food. Very often we buy things because we consider them as cheap stuff, but actually there is always a hidden price: we pay with our time that we spend for buying too much stuff, we pay with our health as we are eating plastic food, we pay somehow with our mental well-being as in general it is not nice to waste things and we can feel this inside us, and we pay with our environment, and I think this list could be longer but I will just stop here... ;)

What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

I just don't feel comfortable to do shopping if I don't have my bag with me. If I need to buy something and don't have a bag I just try to buy really the most urgent things and if it is necessary I buy a small bag that is reusable or recyclable.

This is why I wanted to implement a boomerang bag initiative in our office. So happy it finally happen!
