REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Personal Waste AuditWhy is it so difficult to understand the impacts our purchases and waste have on other people, animals, and places? How might your experience with this challenge impact your future consumption and choices?
Warren Mazanec 10/19/2018 9:24 AMI work hard to be reflective of what I use. I am very good about eliminating food waste, and recycling what I can. But I notice that especially now while I am doing construction work around my house that my trash stream is consistently heavy, and I need to find ways to upcycle what I am using. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Warren Mazanec 10/19/2018 9:22 AMI current;y get between 4-5 hours. I slept for much longer than normal and woke up this day feeling great. In the military my motto was "I can sleep when I'm dead" or "Sleep is for the week" but its just not sustainable living by depriving yourself of vital needs. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Know My healthHow do you deal with the physical and emotional stress of the big problems we face? How can you help others cope?
Warren Mazanec 10/19/2018 9:19 AMI realized through my testing that I really am not handling stress as effectively as I can/ I screened pre-diabetic and will need to make changes to my lifestyle to avoid developing type 2 diabetes. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Go get a check upHow do you practice self care?
Warren Mazanec 10/19/2018 9:17 AMRight now I am not the best with self care, I place a priority on work and accomplishing other tasks over my own health.
