One of the few next steps could be reducing the amount of water I use while I wash the dishes.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

It can remind you that there is more happening outside of your work/social bubble. It also served as a reminder to me at how nature will continue to outlast us all.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I get to think about what I did (or didn't do) during the day and try to plan for the future, whether it be big plans or small plans. Some days I even think about existential questions which activates my mind into thinking about higher purposes and if I can achieve something greater.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I use a few coffee cups a day, so instead I'll try to use my mug.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
