    The ocean/river life are affected by items that are not disposed of correctly. For example, all the chemicals from the plastic running into the rivers and lakes harming the aquatic life.

    If the environment health is poor, for example, air pollution. It will also affect the community heath by breathing in the polluted air and therefore, having an effect on personal health.

    Something things that I thought you couldn’t compost, for example, a cotton shirt. As long as you rip it up.

    Went to the convention center in Portland and saw that there were sorting bins with recyclables. For example, compost, plastic and paper.

    Car pooling does wonders. Reduces carbon emission and also builds relationships.
