    Spending more time outdoors can change your whole perspective - Mother Nature is amazing! Fresh air, exercise, and an appreciation of the flora and fauna around us can have great health benefits.

    Yes, this is definitely a surprising total! This money could be invested, saved, donated to a charity, or used for a family vacation. Regular meal planning can be healthier for both your diet and your budget!

    I would like to invest more time reflecting on how to relax and be more mindful. Things are always so busy and hectic, I think it would be good to make a conscious effort to turn off the "noise" for a few minutes each day.

    It's so easy to focus on all the things that aren't going well; we often forget how blessed we are! Making a conscious effort to appreciate what we have puts things into perspective and also allows an opportunity to consider how we can help others.
