    "Do I want to carry this around all day?" has really helped me both reduce what I buy and waste, I've typically opted for fruits and veggies that don't have waste I mind carrying until I get to a compost. Ew, imagine carrying a banana peel or avocado skin all day? Yep, I've done that while I was out at a baby shower and hiking over this weekend.

    Incorporate food that is self-packaged: carrots, apples, blueberries, et cetera.

    Gratitude centers me by creating a balance for all the negativity around us and motivates me to be part of that which others may be gracious of.

    Goodness, i'm just terrible at focusing during meditation. Any advice?

    I took half day today, so that I could get rid of things. It was well-worth it. I nearly chopped my hair off at the end because I felt and feel so much lighter. I'll submit a photo once everything has a spot. I'm super stoked!
