REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Teresa Morse 10/07/2018 7:51 AMJust make sure you clean it very well. My one issue with using one cup is that Hydroflask's don't do dishwashers.. I need to install an instant hot water thing in my sink at home. -

Teresa Morse 10/07/2018 7:49 AMSelf Love and gratitude. I started a program early this year that included meditation that was repeating positive things about myself. She said to do this even though you didn't believe them to be true. Slowly, they do become true. -
