I'm now leaving my small kitchen appliances unplugged when not in use. That was easy. The tougher energy hog is the TV set up. Between the TV, router, Apple TV box, etc. it's alot of wires. Has anyone successfully found a smart plug to manage this and does the TV have to "reboot" every time you turn it back on? Thanks team!
I walked to City Hall today and back for a delivery and got my ten minutes in. I'm enjoying the last few days without having to put on a raincoat to make the journey.
I volunteered to lead the Fall clean-up at my neighborhood community garden. We will put our beds to sleep for the winter with cover crops and clean up the shared space in the garden. Community gardens keep food hyper-local and organic. I'm so thankful that I get to participate in the City's garden program. In addition, I've learned so much from my fellow gardeners over the years. Not just about gardening, but about local events and great hiking and camping destinations. A coworker of mine shared this image with me the other day. It cracks me up every time I see it. inations.
