    You can declutter your home often, so that the trash and dirt doesnt pile up , and being aware of what youre doing as far as building up garbage.   😍

    Taking a walk each day affects me and my work because it allows me to clear my mind, and not be so focused and stressed about school.

    When I'm eating with no distractions, I am more mindful about what I am putting inside my body, and I am not just shoving food in my mouth.
