Motivated by the text message reminder service, I'll be visiting the Pioneer Square farmers market this Wednesday to restock. -

Ashley Nored 10/12/2018 9:48 AMLast night some wonderful girlfriends and I went to Knot Springs Spa to "soak 'n sauna". I took a few minutes to meditate in the eucalyptus steam room. Afterwards I felt a total mind and body calm. Meditation success!
