    Yes, I am definitely addicted to sugar! Day one - so far, so good.

      I cut sugar out several weeks ago, along with refined flours, I agree, it is addicting, you really have to look at it that way, and once you break that addition, it is such freedom, not to mention how much better you feel - I have lost 25 pounds so far, a nice added bonus!
