    I feel that they are all interconnected.  I find that as one of the above gets better, it overflows into the other two.

    I could schedule walks with my friends , that way we would get a walk in and a visit.  We could walk at our River front park/ Minto Brown area which is a lovely nature walk.

    If everyone of us would be grateful for what we have instead of just wanting more and more, the whole world would be a better place, and we would all be wanting less possessions.

    I get up early every morning and walk for 30 to 40 minutes, 5 mornings out of the week.
