Blayre Oden 10/12/2018 8:12 AMI noticed that there are a lot of other things you can do without having to be on your phone all the time and watching TV. It wasn't that hard for me I decided to do the things that were more important like studying, drawing, gymnastics, and dancing. There are other things that make you energized and fun even if it means no phones and TV.-

Blayre Oden 10/11/2018 7:55 AMOther easy things you can do is to not use a night light when u go to bed, turn off all the lights, use microwave when u really need to use it, and don't leave your refrigerator open all the time.
