    Meditation is helping me focus and re-energize.  I got my heart rate down to 61bpm (usually it is in the 80s). I think  I am clearing my mind better.

    On Saturday I worked at the Detroit Parade Company for 4 hours. It was great. I got to see the new floats for the Thanksgiving Day Parade

    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit.       You can select previous days from your Dashboard by clicking on the circles about midway down the page.  You can only go back and record information for about 4 previous days.

    Using th 30 minutes a day to walk the dog a bit longer than normally.

    I am up to 3 minutes per day of deep reflection.  I find it very calming. I use an application on my apple watch
