Well i don't have solar panels but its way more better to use because its natural energy from the sun. Also in my home using the light less is helpful with bills.

I observed that outside smells fresh, it looks amazing especially going to a big park you see a lot of nature. The sound outside is kind of noisy due to kids playing and being loud. Touch is very simple the air is cool and touching grass is so soft.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Nature Enjoy the Sunrise/Sunset
Father Thomas Berry says, "...our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." Respond to Berry's assertion.

I usually get 4 to 5 hours of sleep a day and i would like to have at least 8 hours a day. what i find successful is when im getting ready for bed at around 10:30 i put my phone on the charger away from me so i wont be tempted to use it and not be able to sleep.
