Maybe if all of the environmentally healthy choices were presented to us we would be able to make a good impact on our planet.

My reusable water bottle allows me to see how much water i'm drinking. It just gives me a idea and an estimate of how much more water that i should be drinking.

The strongest governments on earth cannot clean up pollution by themselves. They must rely on each ordinary person, like you and me, on our choices, and on our will. Chai Jing
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

The barriers of this new habit are:
    • Taking time to refill.
    • Washing the bottles.
    • More to carry.
To set your self up for success you must restrict yourself from buying as many disposable bottles.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

In my state the most common way to create energy is nuclear power and natural gas. This will cause pollution and can start to break down habitats in many different ways; global warming and polluted waters.
