    Using reusable bottles in office and at home. Use of glass or stainless steel container in all possible way at home. And properly recycle the Plastic bottles and containers.

    Cooking main meal with the vegetables and use the skin tops and stalks for preparing a soup will make the meal more interesting and also to help using 100% of the vegetables.

    pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers makes a small impact in every consumption, but at a long run, this will impact life threatening situation.

    Introducing more vegetable recipe. Bring more awareness about the nutrient and vitamins in each vegetables. And creating more vegetable eating online challenges.
