    Waste Go Paperless
Reducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

reducing my physical mail makes me feel more relaxed. I have less junk to go through when I get mail, which honestly means less mail cluttering up my space when I inevitably leave it on the counter for a few days...

My favorite recycling tip is that you can recycle "soft" plastic bags, films, and packaging. You have to check with each location, but some grocery stores accept other plastics in their bag recycling bins. And if you order things from Office Depot at work, you can recycle the 10 foot long strip of shipping pillows they stuff in the ridiculously large box they ship your items in - just deflate them first.

Positivity is encouraging! When I am feeling too much negative energy I end up drained of motivation (why try??). By reflecting on what I am grateful for I can increase my positive energy and outlook, which increases my motivation and creativity.

By organizing my current belongings so I know where everything is and don't have to buy duplicates because I forget I own something, or I can't find it. Also by buying what I need and not just what I want.
