    The most challenging part of this so far has been taking shorter showers. I usually spend way too long in the shower and it has been a habit that is hard to break. All of my meals have been vegetarian which has been a lot easier than expected. There are a lot of meatless options, so I feel like it would be super easy for people to eat meatless meals at least one day a week.
