    This challenge has been great for me because logging in my reflections on a daily basis has been a fantastic reminder and motivator to choose eco-friendly and make smarter choices every day.  Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this challenge.

    I learned some valuable information from visiting the Smart Seafood site. I always knew that eating Wild caught was important and will continue to do so.

    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I utilize ceramic coffee cups and do not use straws. I do not currently have any vegetable bags but will purchase some in the near future.

    I'm grateful for my health and my ability to run and do Bootcamp every day, which makes my attitude very positive.  I share my positivity with family and friends, which in turn becomes contagious.

    I love that statement.  I would like to share a quote that really speaks to me;


    "Let Thy Food by thy Medicine, and Thy Medicine be Thy Food"

    I joined the Eco Challenge because I think it is an awesome way to learn more about reducing my carbon footprint which will also motivate me to be more conscious and make permanent eco improvements on a daily basis.
