    its easy not to see it because you tend to feel as if it doesn't  effect you or other. out of sight ,out of mind. I will be more aware of it and considerate towards others now.

    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

    if I find myself in a situation where I need a bag, I will just use my gym bag to carry the items in. I could learn to put useable bags in my gym bag to carry around with me.

    had an awesome workout this morning. I have more energy lately by minusing sugar from my diet. and I feel like I'm helping the environment by using the same coffee cup everyday.

    Reducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    it makes me feel good. my next step is to refuse paper receipts and ask for email ones instead.
