    I can take the dogs and my wife with me on runs in Forest Park on weekends instead of my normal running route which is on a busy street.

    I often shower twice due to noon workouts.  I can start getting some workouts in first thing in the morning to eliminate the second shower.

    Was not addicted to sugar before, but realized there is sugar in almost everything, especially condiments.  Feel better on the days I avoid Sugar

    So far so good.  No refined sugar of any kind....got my 45 minutes of exercise in and a <5 minute shower.
