    I like to take a walk around the neighborhood a few times a week with my wife and dog. When friends or family come to town, I take them on short hikes to enjoy nature and feel experience the high that comes with a little exercise.

    I was thinking we start today but we start on Wednesday. Why is that?

      My guess is that Mondays are just hard days for everyone that works M-F, so they decided to let us ease into the week before taking new actions.
