    Taking a walk makes me feel refreshed. It is fall so air is cool and crisp, and my breaths feel deeper after walking in the cool air.

    I decluttered my pantry closet and realized that there  is a very top shelf and the items on there were never used and out of sight and arms reach. When I put items back in the pantry I decided to not utilize the top shelf to avoid being wasteful.
