Last night My wife and I volunteered to support the City of La Crosse at an event for the visiting dignitaries from Germany. -

The blessings and bounty of our country also create the opportunity to overindulge in eating and in eating the wrong things. "It all starts with food" is a great resource and has allowed me to change my eating habits greatly. -

I have had great mentors lead my in journey to be more Eco Friendly in my life. My wife gets most of the credit along with a few organic farmers I have worked with over the years.
