    Turn lights off when not in use.  Stop at the grocery store and/or the gym on the way home from work rather than make a separate trip.

    My dog is home alone every day while I am work.  I t makes me happy to take her for a run.  Sometimes I run with her and sometimes I ride my bike.

    Absolutely, prevention and eating healthy foods is an investment to your health that pays dividends.
