    I cannot seem to add 30 more mi utes of sleep per night. This one is a big struggle for me

      This is really hard, I started working on this over the summer.  I added an alarm to tell me to start getting ready for bed/go to bed. That helped a lot, otherwise I didn't realize how late it was (also started later and moved the alarm time ahead 10 min. every 5 days or so).  I think there's also a few apps that do the same sort of thing.
