Track Food Waste

I will track my food waste to understand how much food I'm wasting and what the key drivers are. Journal style log of food wasted. Include food tossed at work and at home. Include vegetable parts tossed that could be used (e.g. beet tops, brocolli stems) but not those that aren't generally used (banana peels, apple cores). Note why the food was tossed (e.g. went bad before I used it, too lazy to eat fruit stuck to plum pit, etc.)
