    North American people would have protein rich food and strong having a healthly lifestyle. Their health pattern can be the right way to focus.

    Be organized through out the day, so that we can allocate 7-8 hours for sleep.
    Silly yet working very well for me, Wet my legs before going to bet to get a good sound sleep.

    It is always the best option to pay the farmer for producing organic food
