A round-trip flight from New York City to Los Angeles emits just over 1.5 tons of CO2—per person. That’s a lot of carbon! What can you do to reduce the number of flights you take per year?

Go by another mode of transportation . For instance, unusually travel by motorcycle, which is significantly more efficient than a car and ifnitnis a model with a European emissions standard (like mine) it emits far less c02 than even a comparable motorcycle, much less a car (or a plane!).
