  • Reflection Question
    Simplicity Disconnect from Email
Notice how much time you were spending checking email away from work and make note of that. Now that you have stepped away from it and have not been checking, what changes are you noticing in your thoughts, use of time, stress and energy levels?

Start only watering my plants only 2 times a week
  • Reflection Question
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

You can go running or biking with friends and family. Me and my family go for a jog every weekend and we exercise to those weird 80s exercise videos

If you walk or ride a bike, then you are not polluting the air through the fumes that come from cars or other automobiles.
