For my challenge, I chose to limit the amount of time I spend in  the shower to 5 minutes. This started out as a serious challenge for me in the beginning but now I'm at the point where I start getting anxious thinking about all the water I'm wasting and need to get out as soon as possible. I've always enjoyed spending excess time in the shower because the hot water feels good which is why my showers have been a minimum of 10 minute my entire life . I started to realize that it was selfish of me to waste all of that clean water which made me feel bad thinking about how much water I've wasted over my whole life. I'm happy to say even though I cut the amount of time I spend in the shower by more than half, I'm still able to achieve the same level of cleanliness as before. No changes were made to my cleaning routine, just the level of focus I have on getting clean and getting out.
