If you were to only eat what is in season locally, what would be the hardest for you to give up?

I don't think it would be hard for me to give up anything. I really like the idea of eating seasonally. I have a peach tree in my back yard and strawberries in my garden. We eat lots of strawberries in June and lots of peaches in August/September. I'm also able to freeze several quarts to enjoy them in winter. Eating seasonally is a great way to stay connected to the earth and our alliance with it.
