Elijah Schoene 10/18/2018 8:13 PMTo challenge myself to be more mindful of the environment I have decided to eat two meatless meals a day and go on daily walks. At first it was difficult to find alternatives in my daily diet, but I've managed to eat only up to one meal with meat every day. Walking everyday was not as difficult because of how much I already was walking due to necessity.
