    At times a simplified life requires you to think outside of the box. Thinking of ways to reduce and reuse items can require creativity and a vision.

    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?

    I find the more mindful I am while eating I am taking the opportunity to find gratitude for my meals, chew them slower, and my digestion is better.

    Less screen time has helped my body feel better in my neck, back, and arms.

    Notice how much time you were spending checking email away from work and make note of that. Now that you have stepped away from it and have not been checking, what changes are you noticing in your thoughts, use of time, stress and energy levels?

    Checking my email leas has given me more time to spend conversating and connecting with others.

    I joined this challenge because it offers an awesome opportunity to become more mindful and to make some changes to the impacts I have on the planet and the future generations.

    This EcoChallenge is such a great way to transition into the fall season and create some new practices. I love the simplicity challenges.
