REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Explore My AreaHow can spending more time outdoors enhance your sense of place?
Cara Senn 10/08/2018 9:25 PMHumans tend to be in control of their environments, at work, school, home, etc., but the outdoors are not always controllable like the indoors are. Spending time in the wilderness beyond our control helps to put us in our place not as the masters of our environment but rather as a partner of it. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use Reusable BagsWhat do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?
Cara Senn 10/08/2018 9:22 PMI carry as many things as I can in my hands, even if I look ridiculous. If I need to, I will use a cart or a basket and return it when finished. I think the best way to solve the issue is to eliminate bags in stores, forcing people to bring their own if its' such a big deal to have bags.
