    This morning I looked for the sunrise and only saw clouds. I took time to reflect - Clouds have a purpose maybe not as grand looking as the sunrise but they do bring the much needed rain and cooler weather that benefit life on this planet.

    All the things that I am grateful for - there are so many things worth my time and focus: the beautiful and majestic, the humble and small, those most important to me personally like the relationships I have at all levels of my life - especially family.

    Social media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    I love waking up to see the sunrise. I sit on my balcony and reflect on the possibilities of the new day. The world is so much bigger than our petty issues, If we all make an effort to make the world one day at a time, little by little - that is a day well spent.
