    I get to stop and look at all the stuff that i miss when i drive and get to explore new places that a vehical can not access.

    Water Say No to Plastic Straws
    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    Straws, Cups and plastic bags. for a straw i will be getting a "metal" one. I will start using the hydro flask that i already have rather then disposable cups. and for plastic  bags, I already use a hand basket that you find at grocery stores.

    I forgot how to sign into this. Now that I am back and since I have signed up I have been working hard on meeting my goals (thought it would be more easy then I am finding out due to health and distractions) getting out side each day and learning how to meditate has been a positive difference in my life and something I will strive to continue each day of my life.
