Food Watch a Documentary about Food Sovereignty
How does food sovereignty address the complex agrarian transition to modern food systems?

Food sovereignty rejects the transition from people-oriented food to profit-oriented food, and also acknowledges the connection between people, food, culture, and place.   Food sovereignty serves as an alternative to the profit-based system, and encourages people to take responsibility for their own food, health, and environment.
