    I have, over the course of time, adopted the philosophy that I would rather spend a little more up front to take care of myself.

    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    I can always tell that my body is happy when I'm avoiding the refined sugar because my skin clears up pretty quickly - what's wonderful is that I can still enjoy sweet in the form of honey and fruit. :) I have to much of a sweet tooth to go without all things sweet.

    Couldn't make it to yoga today but DID manage to sneak in a 20 minute meditation session - excited about making this a daily habit!
