Amanda Rose 10/04/2018 1:55 PMI can always tell that my body is happy when I'm avoiding the refined sugar because my skin clears up pretty quickly - what's wonderful is that I can still enjoy sweet in the form of honey and fruit. :) I have to much of a sweet tooth to go without all things sweet. -
